Welcome to the Watermark Homes Warranty Request Ticketing System. In order to offer you outstanding customer service and expedite your warranty request, we utilize an on-line warranty request support ticket system.

Every warranty request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can then use to track the communications and progress online. For your convenience we provide complete archives and history of all your warranty requests, including all correspondence.

A valid email address is the only requirement to submit a ticket, or you can create a log-in and password, thus eliminating the need to type in your name, address, phone number, and email address every time you have a warranty request.
